No ethernet connection

Hi, i'm new in deepin.
I have Wi-Fi connection, but when i plug a wired connection it doesn't recognized it.
I entered this command:
nmcli dev
Copy the Code
And i got this:
wlp2s0 wifi connected --
enp3s0 ethernet not available
Please help, i'm running the latest version of deepin.
