系统更新后桌面开发软件不读取LD_LIBRARY_PATH环境变量

老兄们。出了个问题。在系统更新至最新（uname => Deepin 4.14.12-2 (2018-01-06) x86_64 GNU/Linux）后，clion/pycharm/nteract 等点击图标进入的程序不读取LD_LIBRARY_PATH环境变量，但PATH没有问题。从shell进入所有环境变量都正常读取。在更新系统前一切都是正常的。有点恼火～～请问这个问题大家存在吗？怎么解决呢。
