同样的视频页面或者测速页面，Windows系统下显示是50M宽带，deepin系统下测速显示4M宽带（下载峰值400K左右）
看个视频有时候卡的  的到windows系统下去   不知道为什么。以前没更新系统感觉挺快的，更新了2次 慢的。
看手册说用ifconfig  检查mtu那个值  我检查就是1500    不知道为啥   网速慢 打开有的网页都慢   系统配置没改过  都是默认配置啊

打开博客园 的页面  都要十秒左右  痛苦
