sudo apt-get install alacarte
Then specify your own icons for specific app launchers.

... It happened to me on MAcosx... it requires your intervention and update... once you have updated VS CODE it will return no blue. 
My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
VS code icon is blue and insiders icon is green but deepin keeps it orange kind of
MUCH MUCH dissapointed!!!!!!!!!
