Hi,
I've installed successfully Notepad++ in deepin 15.5 64bit through Crossover.

The Plugin Manager of Notepad++ fails to update itself.
If you need to install the precious XML Tools plugin of Notepad++ you must to NOT update the Plugin Manager of Notepad++ and this is a little frustrating.
Thanks to fix this issue.

Why not VSCode? It's amazing.

Use Gedit instead of Notepad++.
It does the same thing but runs natively on Deepin what makes it faster and look better.
Don't know anymore if it is preinstalled.
If not,get it with: sudo apt-get install gedit

notepadqq is a perfect alternative of notepad++ in linux, and maybe it's cross platform.
