I don't know all of them but one in your list is definitely wrong.
The latest version of Yandex Browser is not 16.10 but 17.10.
That means that the Deepin Appstore is a major release behind.
Best solution: Install it using the .deb from Yandex website, that will automatically add an repository with always the latest browser updates.

I use .debs all the time, the only thing I wanted to put are the non-updated apps, as it "appears to be the objetive", Deepin aspires to be the most user friendly Linux distro for the people (not us, who use console and are capable of testing 100 things only to make a light go on, the common user, the one which uses the pc for daily tasks and nothing more, and the one that won't be using "strange things" even if them are so simple as executing a file or command) and I aspire to see Deepin at that place because I think that even with its limitations, its far better and even with more interested devs than on Ubuntu for example. As I said, I do not use Deepin Store, only as "magazine" to see apps, but I'm sure too much people uses it and because of it at least 1 of 10 forum posts is about it.
Only posted about internet apps because the repos are so long and takes time to put all of them, I'll try to do it on the future if someone hear me.
Its normal that some apps are outdated, a little, maybe, but to give an example, Firefox was a big release outdated like for 4 months. Those things make the "common users" leave and search for alternatives. And those things can be corrected in 1 hour.
Windows Store is horrible, and their devs are paid, so I don't ask to make Deepin one a shining one, except for outdated apps, Deepin Store tends to work good and its well designed. I must like to help but I don't know about compiling and -server- things. That was only an opinion. Deepin could use the Debian sid repos direcly if the apps become too outdated.

I didn't want to criticize you or the Deepin team.
I just wanted to correct this one thing because I use Yandex Browser from the .deb and know what's really the latest release.
It's great that you try helping to keep the store apps more up to date.

Any critic is welcome, sorry if I did sound too defensive, yes, as Yandex installer didn't told its version, I badly checked its last version. Sounds too bad for an app to have one o more "mayor releases" outdated, but its common on all Linux distros, except rolling ones (and those tend to have nice problems). Anyways I keep Deepin as my main Linux distro, and I keep faith seeing it growing.
