    hi, everyone
    i'm trying to install deepin topbar from it's ppa, but i get an error while importing the ppa key
    1. mustafa987@Linux:~$ sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
    2. [sudo] password for mustafa987:
    3. mustafa987@Linux:~$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 3BBF73EE77F2FB2A

    5. gpg: connecting dirmngr at '/tmp/apt-key-gpghome.GQ1B4jPoMK/S.dirmngr' failed: IPC connect call failed
    6. gpg: keyserver receive failed: No dirmngr
