Flatpaks fail to install due to out-of-date Flatpak package

Hi,
This distribution is probably my favourite of the 'out-of-the-box' distributions so please do not interpret this as ungratefulness but Flatpak is presently version 0.9.7. As a result of it being out-of-date I get this error when I try to install RuneScape from Flathub I get:
error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Failed: Error deploying: While trying to apply extra data: apply_extra script failed, exit status 256error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Failed: Error deploying: While trying to apply extra data: apply_extra script failed, exit status 256

likewise with Visual Studio Code I get the same error. But if I install Debian (unstable)'s version 0.10.2 I can install these without a problem. So how can I get deepin's maintainers to update this, preferably (but I'm happy to wait, I realize they owe me nothing!) in a timely manner?
