    FAT32 限制文件大小不超过 4 GB

    启动win PE安装Windows

    Windows镜像提取iso中  /source/install.wim  ，一般是不到4GB 的，可以放U盘，用  Win PE中的安装器安装。

    如果是 ghost 镜像，提取 .gho 镜像文件，用 ghost 进行安装。

    fat32本来就只支持最大复制文件为4个G呀就算是WINDOWS下面也是这样的。你把U盘格式化成ntfs就可以了

    在Linux下制作win10 U盘启动盘可以试试WoeUSB，我用过一次，制作的win10U盘启用盘安装成功，下载后直接安装里面的woeusb就可以了。
