    I've tested the new release 15.5 and i'm so dissapointed because i have tearing
    I have an amd graphics card and system uses the amdgpu graphics driver.
    I have tearing not too much but visible sometimes
    i'm so dissapointed that this is still a problem on linux !
    -Other than that i like deepin linux i like very much its speed its style very nice linux distro so cool and functional !
    The only choice i have is to use the tearing  switch on /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-amdgpu.conf but that slows
    very much 3d gaming performance !

    Maybe you can change your graphics card to the intel graphics card so that you can fix the tearing problem(I'm not sure you have intel graphics card). But if you want to play the 3d video games, you do have no choice. Maybe you can aske her @jingle   for some help.

    What he suggested is to disable external graphic card (AMD) and use only built-in graphic card (usually Intel).

    Right now i have an intergrated graphics card amd r7 , i have the processor amd a12  .
    The intergrated graphics card is very capable even for gaming it plays perfectly teamfortress,left4dead etc etc
