    发现错误: received NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN error notify 这个错误预示着可能是 vpn 服务器端使用的 strongswan or libreswan 版本过低, 导致加密算法不一致, 见: https://github.com/nm-l2tp/network-manager-l2tp/issues/70

    另外，如果你的 vpn 服务器使用的是 libreswan 加密库的话，那你需要在 deepin 上安装这个包

    deepin 默认使用 strongswan
