I answer this question myself.first we give the command :
  1. lsb_release -sc
Copy the Code

for 15.5 beta result:
unstable
ie : using debian's sid distribution

lsb_release command's links:
http://refspecs.linuxbase.org/LSB_2.0.1/LSB-PDA/LSB-PDA/lsbrelease.html

That's completely wrong.
Deepins base is an old Debian unstable release.
It is now developed independent from Debian.
Deepin has own repositories with an own set of software.
