电脑型号：dell xps13
系统：deepin linux 15.5beta
显示器型号: Dell U2414H 显示器
连接线：HDMI 连接线

状况：使用外接显示器，无法点亮显示器，设置中显示有两个屏，试了好长时间外接显示器依然黑屏无法点亮，笔记本显示正常。

笔记本本身不支持hdmi所有使用的type-c转hdmi的转换头，dell原装转换头，插上之后显示器黑屏。

为了排除是连接头和转换线问题，换成mac电脑插上转换头hdmi试了一下，显示器双屏显示正常。

查找了论坛的类似问题：
