I'm Eli, I would love to become a volunteer to help improve the English translation, as well as the Spanish translation of Deepin, I don't know Chinese  of course so I would be willing to help improve the already existent English translations and create the Spanish translations from scratch from its English counterpart if needed or improve the existent ones as well.

In the past I have helped translate other open source programs so I already have some experience on this field, who do I contact? is this even needed on this project, I'm available!
