Ubuntu uses the same package format (.deb) as Deepin.
If they provide an application for VPN connections,you can install this on Deepin,too.
If they give you information how to connect with system tools (server address,username,password),then do it like this:
Open settings -> Go to network -> Go to VPN -> Create VPN -> Select connection type -> Enter your data -> Save and connect.

get the list of server from vpngate or set up your own.

sudo openvpn --config your.ovpnfile

btw, try not to discuss about vpn right now(you-know-who-they-are are having a congress, so this topic is rather sensitive now)

我还从来没否认过自己作为中国人的身份，在国外，这么做事要面临很大的压力的，尤其是那些排斥中国的国家。人家往往都接受一个台湾、香港或者华侨，没几个会不带着鄙夷的眼神看一个从社会主义中国大陆来的中国人。可怕的不是种族歧视，而是对一个国家的歧视。
