Check with the "top" command if there is something,which runs as child of the desktop and you don't expect it to be there.
If you have it,remember the process id and kill it with "kill [ID]"
If you close the wrong thing,your computer may crash.
Simply reboot in this case,it won't damage anything.

An icon has appeared on the bar and I can not get it out of there.
Can anyone know how do I remove it?
Is the last icon on topbar.
