1. After you create a first folder inside an empty folder, the file panel still shows that it's an "empty folder".
2. Sometimes (not always) when you want to switch to the desktop or another application, the file manager is still shown on the top, but when you click them, they won't respond. You have to switch over and over again (Alt-tab) to the window shown on the top, and close or minimise it, to get your desktop displayed properly. This also happens with other applications like Chrome.
