    如题，重庆学生一枚，每天都要用电信的netkeeper拨号上网，还不能开wifi。。。。。。
    学校只提供了windows和mac下的拨号软件，在deepin下无法拨号，只能用手机热点。。。。。
    求大佬打包一个deepin可以用的netkeeper4.x
