    我用的是deepin龙芯3A3000，因捣腾qemu导致系统无声音，不认U盘等问题，只有重装（本人除了重装系统其它的都不会）。重装系统后浏览器这样百度翻了好久都没有解决，只有放这里来了，还有一个问题，这时间真的不对，明明时间才是早上11点左右

    你的系统时间岂止钟头不对，月份都不对啊，这可能也是 https 无法连接的原因。
    你可以参考类似的问题 https://bbs.deepin.org/post/145756
    执行下 timedatectl 和 systemctl status systemd-timesyncd 这两个命令。

    这个问题应该与 CPU 类型没啥关系。

    你的系统时间岂止钟头不对，月份都不对啊，这可能也是 https 无法连接的原因。

    systemd-timesyncd 服务失败了，但具体原因还看不出来。你启动一下它：
      sudo systemctl start systemd-timesyncd
    然后看日志：
      sudo journalctl -b -a | grep timesyncd

    看一下硬件时间有没有问题。我之前是硬件时间出错，改正系统时间后再同步一下，把硬件时间矫正过来就行了。

    老乡不是我问题多呀，是确定用这个系统出现这些问题了，主要是我不懂linux，用这个系统和龙芯CPU就是一种情怀，想用这台电脑换下我的办工用的英特尔的笔记本

    如果是新手，直接在控制中心手工把时间改対就行了。NTP的问题，可以以后再说。

    浏览器问题就是因为时间问题引起，手动调整时间就OK了，不过这时间自动同步问题什么时候解决

    但具体原因还不明确。试试用 strace 追踪运行可执行程序，把输出贴出来：
