    My dock frequently freezes and then looks like this. i circled the things that look weird

    the problem seems to be related to virtual box. when i closed virtual box, the dock became unfrozen

    Probably.
    Could you also execute command sudo deepin-feedback-cli in terminal and send the log to us?
