Aside from the default dock options from "Top", "Bottom", "Left", and "Right", we could add more customization options like making it float maybe half an inch from the monitor border.
Personalization Options in Location may look like:
*Top
*Bottom
*Left
*Right
*Float Top
*Float Bottom
*Float Left
*Float Right
More hover effects aside from just moving when an icon is clicked may also add appeal to users, like making it zoomed in when pointed by a cursor. (Like Ubuntu)

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
Iv already open a ticket with some suggestions about personalization but I have one more idea independent of the others. It is related to behevior for dock icons.
