chrome60无法启用flash了？

Flash问题如下图，论坛都无法上传图片了（chrome版本 60.0.3112.113）

百度搜索解决方法：

1.到chrome://flags设置Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to "allow" 为Enabled

2.然后到chrome://settings/content/flash设置，然而按钮灰色，此处提示：此设置是由您的管理员执行的。见图：

求教解决方法，记得之前没有这个问题的～头疼

我按照上面的帖子升级libflashplugin后还是不能用，没办法就安装了firefox，神奇的是，安装firefox后，chrome的flash也能用了

flash版本已经是26.xx版了。都设置好了也无效，很奇怪的是前几天还能用的～

网上各种搜索方法无解，然后现在莫名其妙的好了～
大概就是在商店安装了下更新就好了（实际上商店chrome的版本还略低一点）
