    RT，这是什么程序啊，一直在跑流量，最高到2m，然后一直是100k左右，只有他下载完了，新出的软件才能下载，否则下载失败，比如演示助手

    我现在发现的有两种情况这个程序会跑流量，其他时候管理器里找不找他：
    1、商店上新
    2、apt清理缓存文件啥的
    我是下了个BlenchBit清理了一下，才截出了这个图
    只有这个程序下载完，商店软件才能正常下载安装
