Sometimes I have the mouse problem,too.
In this case,navigate to the last window with the keyboard and then minimizing in the top bar will work with the mouse.
And after that,the mouse will work again for everything.

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
First of all, congratulations for this beautiful distro ! It is so fast and complete.
I noticed that sometimes the mouse cursor becomes a fixed line (like when writing to a document) hangs and can no longer click anywhere. So, I'm forced to restart the whole system to use the computer again.
In addition, sometimes the system activate the view in multitasking, even if I do not click anywhere.
What can I do about it ?
