After launching telegram the notification icon at dock reappeared!.
I needed to launch from terminal fcitx, because was missing, but now seem all is working again at deepin dock.
update:
After reboot icon still missing I have to launch telegram, fcitx, to make the icon appears again.
Can anyone help me?

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
I was trying to close telegram messenger from the icon inside the notification icon at dock.
Behaving bad, after three attempts without done it, the whole icon of notifictions dissapeared. after reboot still gone.
I have tried:
sudo apt-get install dde-dock
and
sudo apt-get install dde-dock-applets(I don't know what is this package btw)
Still lost as you can check at the attached capture of screen
