I use arch linux on a virtual machine with deepin desktop.

I've just updated and upon logging in I get a
Friendly Reminder
asking me to select between
Effect Mode
and
Common Mode
However I have no ability to select either. Is there a file anywhere where I can hardcode the option?

Thanks

How did you kill it actually? I can't scroll through the process list

Update: Managed to fix it by pressing CTRL + ALT + F7 ... I was able to select modes once I pressed CTRL + ALT + F7 and I have selected Effect Mode which seems to be bit slowish ... is there any way I can switch to Common mode? :O
