Virtually impossible, I think.
One reason is that these basic tools (lspci, lsmod, dmesg, etc.) is not designed for "normal" user, and thus receive less attention (during translating) among other CUI & GUI application.
However, when your pc gets stuck, you will find it's a really need ;)
