    I found $100 AUD on the ground and it didn't belong to anyone. After waiting a bit I thought I would take it but give it to about 5 open source projects. My 3 favourite are Krita, Lollypop and of course Deepin.

    This is interesting because Lollypop is a lot smaller scale than Deepin but has no funding and is the hobby of one Frenchman. On the other hand, Deepin is awesome but gets funding from enterprise support.

    On top of that confusion, Lollypop is accepting donations whereas Deepin is not. I have found a red Chinese forum post talking about donating but I assume if Deepin needed (international) donations it would have put it on the website and made it multi-lingual.

    So what are your thoughts on giving to small vs large open source projects and is there a way for me to donate to Deepin?

    Thanks but for some reason forum posts like that one don't end up in my native language. I don't really know what I'm donating to.

    Also, if a single language forum post is the only place you can donate, Deepin might benefit a lot by adding a non-obtrusive donate page on the website.
