    Im new here.

    I would like to know what version of MESA comes in Deepin 15.4.

    I would like to know, too, how can I upgrade the mesa drivers for the latest stable on the 15.4 edition of Deepin?

    Deepin 15.4 currently has Mesa 13.0.6-1 installed.  It might be possible to clone the latest from GIT, and build and compile your self. I would not recommend this and do not know if it would work in Deepin.
