What kind of device do you use, laptop or a desktop machine?

A friend and I have the same problem that OP has.
It's a desktop machine, one monitor is showing the Deepin desktop normally, the other one is just showing the Deepin logo

Are the two monitors connecting to the same graphics card or on two different cards?
If two cards, deepin doesn't support it now, manual configuration may work: Nvidia Document

Deepin has so far the BEST mutli-monitor support that I've seen among many different linux distros. And I can confirm that it only works if you connect it to a single graphical unit. If you connect one monitor to your dedicated graphics card and the other to your computer's motherboard it most likely won't work.
