Not an issue at all, but I really miss the previous flooding animation...
Please, bring it back this one is simply... Too simple !

plymouth-theme-deepin-logo is not an executable...
But, mainly, the point is: it "should" be already packed within vmlinuz update
Anyway, this is purely cosmetic, but I loved the old plymouth animation
