Hi Guys
I really want to try this distro because its desktop environment looks awesome!!
I manually made a usb stick by copying all the files from the iso and then made the partition active.
at one stage it stops in kind of CPU stall, and it keeps looping the same error following Networking Time Synchronisation fail. I think there is something wrong with the wifi card, however I don't really know how to trace the error back to the cause..
Has anyone managed to get this installed??
Thanks!

Try to make the bootable USB disk with Deepin Boot Maker.
The pendrive boots, I can see the grub menu and start the kernel, however at one stage after the logo, it stops in a cpu stall error. And it shows an error about Network time Synchronization failing all the times

You don't need Deepin to use it's desktop environment.
It's available for very many linux distributions and you can use one of them if the Deepin OS doesn't work.
I use it with Arch Linux (probably Deepin OS would work for me,never tried, but I like Arch) and I recommend Manjaro.
Manjaro is very similar to Arch but it's easier to install and configure.
You can get it with preinstalled Deepin here: https://manjaro.org/category/community-editions/deepin
