AMD Drivers installed? Is my Graphics Card working?

Hi Guys!
After I made Steam run properly and installed CS:GO, the following questions crossed my mind:
How do I know if Deepin is using the right Graphics Card?
How do I know if the drivers of the Graphics Card are installed?
Is my Graphics Card (the ATI, not the Intel) working at all?
If my Graphics Card are not properly installed, without the right drivers, etc., how can I make it work?
Cloul you please help me?
My laptop (informations extracted from running the command lshw -short (I attached the full echo ("LSHW RETURN.png") of the command):
Dell Inspiron 15 5548
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz
16GiB System Memory
Radeon R7 M260/M265
