The easiest way is to install .deb packages.
You can also use .AppImage files.
That are portable apps which run on every distribution.
And you can add Debian repositories to apt-get.

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
I am testing out deepin in virtualbox, and it looks really good. However I cannot figure out how to edit the menu. Would installing menulibre work (except I can't see it in the deepin store).
Also can I install packages not in the deepin store? It seems to be missing applications such as minidlna.
