As the title suggests I am having trouble with my wi-fi internet. I know it is WiFi because I have tried wired, and I had no problems whatsoever. I can enjoy my internet to the fullest with the wired connection. However, when I switch to wireless, internet speed and/or download speed goes up and downs.

By the way, this was not the first problem I had with the wireless connection. When I first installed Deepin, I could not connect at all. Then I did what was told in this link https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2335628 and it worked. Yet, the problem with speed remains.

I would really appreciate if you could help me. Thank you very much.

I think that I found the bug: Shutdown the Wired Network Card

Ping and speed fluctuations strike once again! Disabling Bluetooth and wired connection worked for awhile but the problem has appeared again.

when the ethernet cable is not plugged in, I mean, when I am on wireless, internet speed fluctuates. Turning off Bluetooth and wired connection had made the trick earlier, but it does not work anymore. I suspect it is a driver issue, but who knows. Please do fix it!

For earlier releases of Deepin, disabling bluetooth and wired connection eliminated the problem. However it does not work anymore.. Does anyone else have this problem?

I had exactly same problem on Deepin 15.4.1. With HP ProBook 450 G0 and wifi card Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter.

After disable bluetooth it is fine.

As it seems, this problem occurs with HP laptops. I hope developers come up with a solution, because it is so frustrating that internet speed goes up and down like that. Even after disabling Bluetooth.

Along with speed fluctuations there are also ping spikes. I took the screen-shot of a ping test.
While my normal ping to Budapest is around 90-100, the actual ping hits 400.
