did you upgrade from deepin 15.3? i am willing to share my experience that may you a great insight. after i upgraded from 15.3, i got wifi connection problem. my wifi drop 10 minutes after starting computer every time. occasionally, i reinstalled 15.4 and find out that the wifi problem was gone. so if you upgraded from 15.3, i can try my method, it may work on your PC.
