Please make deepin a distribution with the Rolling update method so we can use ever the latest version of the operating system without download and install the system every n months.
You must change it from Fixed (such as Ubuntu) to Rolling (such as Manjaro)

I've updated from 15.3 to 15.4 release today. It's smooth and has nothing wrong with.

No, it has a regression in VirtualBox with Guest Additions installed into deepin 15.4 Distribution Release.
This thread does not refer to any problems anyway...

I mean my PC was rolling update from 15.3 to 15.4 directly.  Nothing more related to VBox.

Hi @kingskill,
I mean Rolling update method to upgrade the entire operating system from a major version to the next one (15.4 -> 16.0) and not only to upgrade from a minor version to the next one (15.3 -> 15.4).
Manjaro and openSUSE are distributions that use Rolling update method successfully.
I hope deepin will adopt this update method one day.

Hi, @Blogghete

Those early versions (2013,2014)are consistent with what you said. But, U know, deepin V15 is a long run version.
The deepin team does not seem to change the version number easily.

I've read the planning section and I think that deepin is now a Rolling release.
Great.
The Distrowatch info about deepin are wrong: in the Distrowatch Web site I can read "Fixed" update method but it must be changed to Rolling.
