sudo apt-get install sogoupinyin then reboot(or re-login) ,when fcitx shows something like "sogoupinyi" or "搜狗拼音",it should works
BTW,if apt-get can't locate package "sogoupinyin" although you have done apt-get update,you might have to change you time zone to "shanghai" . then you can change to your own time zone.

繁体 supports. in the sogoupinyin's setting.注音 don't support in sogoupinyin.

How do I install deepin 25 
Can't figure it out on how to add input language, can change the keyboard layout to chinese but can't type chinese. Can anyone help? thanks.
