Mouse Cursor changes size when hovering over certain applications

Strange issue with Deepin 15.4 RC, the cursor seems to go from the normal size to almost double in size when hovering / using certain applications. In this case, if you use the Deepin File Manager this seems to happen. I didn't even know Linux could change the cursor size depending on what application you're hovering the cursor over so I have no idea where to start in terms of providing system information. But I would like to point out that I am using the proprietary nvidia drivers and my display is 2560x1440 so I'm not sure if higher resolutions are causing this problem.

Stop naming your folders 'VIAGRA' or 'CIALIS', it should go back to normal...
