I can't get the proprietary driver for my GTX 980 to work with Deepin 15.4. Is there anything I can do at this stage of the beta?

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

nvidia-driver: Depends: nvidia-driver-libs (= 367.57-1+deepin) but 367.57-1+deepin is to be installed
Depends: nvidia-driver-bin (= 367.57-1+deepin) but 367.57-1+deepin is to be installed
Depends: xserver-xorg-video-nvidia (= 367.57-1+deepin) but 367.57-1+deepin is to be installed
Depends: nvidia-vdpau-driver (= 367.57-1+deepin) but 367.57-1+deepin is to be installed
Depends: nvidia-alternative (= 367.57-1+deepin) but 367.57-1+deepin is to be installed
Depends: nvidia-kernel-367.57 but it is a virtual package

They have to work on Deepin Kernel to allow users to use properly the proprietary drivers!

I got it to work by install the Nvidia drivers from Nvidia's website.

Download nvidia.run

logout

enter tty session 2

sudo systemctl stop light dm

sudo sh "ath to your file/nvidia.sh"

Click "Accept" and say no to DKMS

"Yes" for the 32-bit libraries and then you're done, reboot and it should be working.

Quick fix until the official nvidia packages from Deepin are installable.
