    Hello
    i have just  installed deepin os for the first time , i installes v  15.4 beta .

    but i faced this  problem that
    deepin music player doesn't play mp3 and asks me to  choose files  from location ,and when i go to mp3 files location they don't appear

    also video player doesn't load subtitles

    any help please ??

    i  unistalled the version which came with deepin os iso and resinstalled deepin music from deepin store and it works well
