file manager comes on at statup

is not that big of a problem but it is a little annoing that every time i turn on my pc, file manager pops up, how can i stop it from doing that.

try this command in your terminal:
gsettings set com.deepin.wrap.gnome.desktop.media-handling automount false

i thought that i fix the problem by unplugging my other hard drive that had my first installation of deepin in it but no the problem came back; so i copy and paste the command on my terminal and it work from the log out switch but not from the restart

Nope, it's definitely an auto-mount issue, if the command not working on a restart, there must be something wrong with the auto-mount feature.
