    Fedora is a most popular distro on the world. Its very professional. I use many years with Fedora, and use free time to make it better. Now, you can use Deepin Desktop Environment in your Fedora system.

    Installation instructions
    1. sudo dnf install http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/$(rpm -E %fedora)/Everything/$(uname -i)/os/Packages/r/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora)-1.noarch.rpm
    2. sudo dnf copr enable mosquito/deepin
    3. sudo dnf update
    4. sudo dnf install deepin-desktop deepin-session-ui deepin-launcher deepin-screenshot deepin-terminal
    5. sudo systemctl disable gdm.service && sudo systemctl enable lightdm.service
    6. sudo sed -i "/SELINUX=/s|enforcing|disabled|" /etc/selinux/config
    Copy the Code
    After done, simply reboot into your new nice environment.

    First of all, Forgive me... My English is not good.

    How can i install Deepin Desktop on Fedora26 Cinnamon?

    for installed deepin desktop, I executed these commands:

    sudo dnf install http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/$(. /etc/os-release ; echo $VERSION_ID)/Everything/$(uname -i)/os/Packages/r/rpmfusion-free-release-$(. /etc/os-release ; echo $VERSION_ID)-1.noarch.rpm

    sudo dnf copr enable jstepanek/deepin
    sudo dnf update

    but, for below command, gave me this error: Error:
    Problem 1: conflicting requests
      - nothing provides libgo.so.9()(64bit) needed by deepin-file-manager-backend-0.1.16-1.fc26.x86_64
    Problem 2: conflicting requests
      - package deepin-file-manager-4.2.4-1.fc26.x86_64 requires deepin-manual, but none of the providers can be installed
      - package deepin-file-manager-4.2.5-1.fc26.x86_64 requires deepin-manual, but none of the providers can be installed
      - package deepin-manual-1.0.6-1.fc26.x86_64 requires deepin-qml-widgets, but none of the providers can be installed
      - nothing provides qt5-qtquick1 needed by deepin-qml-widgets-2.3.4-2.fc26.x86_64
      - nothing provides qt5-qtgraphicaleffects(?(x86-64)) needed by deepin-qml-widgets-2.3.6-1.fc26.x86_64

    Hi, @amrz

    You need to use "mosquito/deepin" repository instead of "jstepanek/deepin". I have already solved this error. Please refer to https://github.com/FZUG/repo/issues/53 for more information.

    不好用，问题多，不得执行：
    sudo dnf rm deepin-desktop deepin-session-ui deepin-launcher deepin-screenshot deepin-terminal
    删了算了

    all commands complete installed and I rebooted the system...but not changed desktop to Deepin Desktop...

    now must run another command?!

    Hi...
    i removed the cinnamon and installed deepin desktop. but I think, not complete installed the deepin desktop... I worked with Deepin Linux  for about a year... But that's not as beautiful and transparent  as it is.

    Hi friends. I am using Fedora 26 and downloaded a netinstall ISO to install without graphic interface on VirtualBox. I follow your steps but when I reboot the system it starts in text mode. How can I start DDE as default?

    1. systemctl set-default graphical.target
    Copy the Code

    And reboot.
