I have downloaded deepin a couple of days ago and everything has been nice so far so long. UI is very beautiful and easy to comprehend, the store works very well, I was more than satisfied until i decided to create a hotspot. That is where my nightmare started, don't get me wrong, I am new to the linux scene and all that mumbo jumbo with the terminal scares me shitless.
I found a tutorial online on creating a hotspot with hotspotd, installed it, followed all the instructions. I have no problems starting it, however neither my iphone nor my ipad are not able to spot the network. I do not get any errors while starting hotspotd. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Do you know another way to create a hotspot on deepin?

This device does seem to support AP mode ... you may need to try a different tool to setup the card. I have no experience with hotspotd ..
Try typing
iw list
in a terminal.
