i can run deepin-wm by add 'exec deepin-wm' to .xinitrc but when i type "dde-dock" from terminal nothing happen , i think it run with dbus session but i dont know how to start it

Exactly bro
to make dde-dock functional, I believe you should at least start dde-session-daemon (/usr/lib/deepin-daemon/dde-session-daemon)
