I hav the same problem, wifi passowrd prompts in uni doesnt come up at all

I have a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter and the wifi is slow, (like it's being throttled)
I have the same issue on Archlinux, which is weird because deepin is the only desktop where I have this issue (KDE, MATE, Gnome and Cinnamon all are fine)
