Krita in deepin store seems broken and there has been a few complaint.
If you don't mind an older version, you can try krita-2.9 (the store provide krita-3.0):

sudo apt install krita-2.9

Copy the Code

and it works like a charm in my case:

However, if you want the newest version, the krita project provides appimage:
https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/
Download, chmod and run:

cd ~/Download # go to the directory you download it
chmod a+x krita-3.0.1.1-x86_64.appimage
./krita-3.0.1.1-x86_64.appimage

Copy the Code

and it also works well:
