How to install last version for wine?

Hello comunity, I have a problem.
I edit /etc/apt/souces.list and add the line:
deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ DISTRO main
Copy the Code
But, I dont have success. I send apt-get update && apt-get update && apt-get install wine-devel and I dont have success.
I want play "Tree of Savior" and I need Wine 1.9 (wine-devel).
Sorry for my bad englesh, gentlemen.
