Actually i am ubuntu user and switch on deepin os so i get error. I want to add netspeed indicator like ubuntu it is not install. And Deepin os as no such type of software to show netspeed.

Thats not possible by now.

First netspeed is a unity/gnome plugin and deepin has it's own Desktop environment
On the other hand deepin is based on debian unstable not ubuntu if you do not find a debian alternative you have to drop a note to the developers and beg for an indicator like this

In short: The yakkety errors are happening because that branch does not exist; it must be changed manually to xenial.

I have spoken about how to do this in more detail, but your problem can be corrected by changing the stuff inside your sources folder

So horvan is wrong basically
edit: inside the /etc/apt/sources.list.d folder, you must change all yak references to xenial for this to work.
