I have just installed Deepin 15.3-amd64 and my Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Value is not able to be configured.
rick@trifid-deep:/$ sudo modprobe snd-emu10k1
modprobe: FATAL: Module snd-emu10k1 not found in directory /lib/modules/4.4.0-2-deepin-amd64

lsmod list the following sound modules:

snd_hda_codec       135168  2 snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_hda_intel
snd_hda_core          69632  3 snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_hda_codec,snd_hda_intel
snd_hwdep             16384  1 snd_hda_codec
snd_pcm             102400  6 snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_hda_codec,snd_hda_intel,saa7134_alsa,snd_hda_core
snd_timer             32768  1 snd_pcm
snd                   81920  14 snd_hwdep,snd_timer,snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_pcm,snd_hda_codec,snd_hda_intel,saa7134_alsa
soundcore             16384  1 snd

I have tried to following the instructions from Debian but no luck. It looks like I need the modules for the specific kernel of Deepin 15.3-amd64

yeah, it's a bug with this kernel, you'll need to update the kernel
